Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a forward-looking procurement strategy aligned with business goals

• Report directly to Executive Management and act as a key strategic partner

• Lead and further develop the procurement organization, including direct and virtual teams

• Build and optimize digital procurement processes and tools

• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships nationally and internationally

• Assess spend and market data to identify process and performance improvements

What we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field

• Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, ideally in a global, industrial, or maritime context

• Proven track record in leading international and cross-functional teams

• Strong expertise in digital procurement and process optimization

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in German (C2) and business-proficient in English (min. B2)

• Willingness to travel internationally
