In this position, you will be responsible for:

• The technical supervision of our fleet

• Planning and coordinating repairs and scheduled dockings

• Regular vessel visits and preparation of the required inspection reports (when necessary)

• Preparing technical operating cost budgets

• Monitoring the validity of vessel certificates and regularly recurring inspections

• Organizing and supervising external inspections / surveys (Flag State, Classification, etc.)

• Acting as a contact person for the technical and nautical staff of our fleet and our suppliers

• Invoice verification and settlement of claims

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of seagoing experience as a technical officer or comparable experience

• A strong team player

• A proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven working style

• Strong communication skills, even in challenging situations

• Independent, cost-conscious, and responsible working habits

• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restriction

• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
