On February 21 and 22, 2025, we were represented at Einstieg Hamburg with a lot of enthusiasm and a great stand.
Einstieg is one of the largest fairs for training, studying and starting a career in Germany. Every year, thousands of school students take the opportunity to find out about various professional fields, dual study programs and career opportunities – a perfect platform to inspire young talents for FAIRPLAY!
Our crew had numerous exciting conversations with interested visitors – and we hope that this will soon result in some applications! Friday was particularly busy, as many school classes came to the stands with their teachers. Saturday brought fewer visitors, but more intensive and higher-quality discussions.
Our conclusion: The trade fair was absolutely worthwhile for us! We are well on the way to further strengthening our employer brand and getting young people excited about a career in shipping.
