In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing competent and friendly 1st level support for our users onshore and offshore
• Managing our ticket system (receiving, classifying, prioritizing, and processing) according to ITIL v4
• Creating and handling incidents and service requests
• Resolving simple incidents and service requests and escalating to 2nd level support and external partners when necessary
• Setting up and managing workstations, conference rooms, and other user spaces
• Managing mobile devices via MDM
• Contributing to IT projects

What We Are Looking For:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar field, with 1-2 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with client hardware and Microsoft operating systems, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• A strong awareness of cybersecurity and a commitment to IT security best practices
• A proactive, service- and solution-oriented working style
• A team player mindset
• Willingness to travel, fluency in German and English (spoken and written), and a valid driver’s license
